2016-2017 Installation of President Maria Kesti and her Board of Directors! Congratulations all!!
7-year-old Keila was diagnosed with Arthrogryposis Multiplex Congenita(AMC); a condition in which multiple joints become permanently fixed in a bent (flexed) or straightened (extended) position, completely or partially restricting the movement of the affected joints. Keila’s mobility was limited to a manual wheelchair, and she needed a mobile stander to provide her with the independence to move around in a standing position. Keila’s new mobile stander will provide her with much more freedom of movement, and it will also greatly benefit her therapeutically. Wheelchairs 4 Kids would like to thank the Perrine-Cutler Ridge Rotary Foundation of Palmetto Bay for donating funds to help pay for Keila’s new Rifton Stander; we are extremely grateful to you all for your beneficence, and for helping us to improve Keila’s mobility!

2015 Thanksgiving Food Give-away
We sincerely appreciate the Palmetto Bay-Cutler Bay-Perrine Rotary Club’s annual contributions and donations to citizens of the West Perrine community. This year’s Thanksgiving event was another successful event, with delivery of one hundred and thirty turkeys and food box donations to needy families at the Perrine Gardens public housing site.
Please share these comments with each of your Rotary Club members and thank them for us. We also look forward to your continued collaboration with the South District Neighborhood Resource Unit and donation of Christmas toys. Through your efforts and similar contributions from others, we will continue to bring holiday cheers to countless children.
